Noble Corporation in Vaughan, ON is hiring new graduates for a full-time Sales Development Program at our Concord Plumbing Profit Centre. You will receive comprehensive training, develop industry knowledge, and grow into a world-class sales professional with mentorship from experienced leaders.

During the program you’ll rotate through four phases—Operations, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management—leading to an Account Manager role across Ontario.

Qualifications

• Completion of College Diploma or University Degree or Post-Graduate Certificate - all disciplines of study will be considered.
• Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset.
• Willingness to relocate within Ontario and hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Train across four phases: Operations, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management.
• Support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform.
• Progress from Sales Development Program to Account Manager in Ontario network.
• Drive territory growth and collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver success.
