Accelerate your career in financial services with our Operations Program, a key part of our GRO initiative. This 18-month direct-hire program places new graduates in the Retirement Operations team, focusing on transformation through automation, digitization, and process improvement. You will gain hands-on experience and foundational skills in Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement. Position Responsibilities:

  • Leverage analytical skills and critical thinking to understand business needs and clarify project scopes.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Apply training in data mining, analysis, visualization, process assessment, root cause analysis, and presenting findings, focusing on customer needs and NPS.
  • Document solutions and propose viable options.
  • Lead meetings and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Prepare teams for upcoming changes.
  • Make business recommendations to improve results and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in activities such as valuation oversight, trade processing, risk management, vendor management, tax compliance, and more, depending on team needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field, graduating Spring 2026.
