Position Responsibilities :

Leverage your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask insightful questions, understand business drivers and needs, and bring clarity and precision to the scope and requirements of initiatives.

Build and nurture positive, effective relationships to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.

Apply your training and knowledge effectively in areas such as data mining, analysis and visualization, process assessment, root cause analysis, prioritization, and presentation of findings, with a focus on customer needs and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Deliver well-documented solution requirements and propose solutions clearly and concisely.

Lead meetings and present information with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.

Prepare our business partners for any changes introduced, ensuring smooth transitions.

Recommend business decisions that drive results and address customer challenges.

Depending on your team, daily activities may include valuation oversight, trade processing and reconciliation, risk oversight, vendor management, tax compliance, securities lending, financial reporting, client onboarding, shareholder record keeping, data management, and dashboard creation.

Required Qualifications :

Expected to graduate in Spring 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills – using data to tell a story and make data-driven decisions

Microsoft Power Suite knowledge is considered a strong asset, or experience with comparable automation tools and data visualization tools.

Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible attitude, eager to contribute wherever needed.

Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders; a collaborative team player.

Understanding of the financial services industry, including wealth and asset management.

Responsabilités liées au poste :

Mettre à profit tes compétences analytiques et ta pensée critique pour poser des questions pertinentes, comprendre les moteurs d’affaires et clarifier les exigences des initiatives.

Établir et entretenir des relations positives et efficaces avec les parties prenantes clés.

Appliquer tes connaissances dans des domaines tels que l’exploration, l’analyse et la visualisation de données, l’évaluation des processus, l’analyse des causes fondamentales, la priorisation et la présentation des résultats, avec un accent sur les besoins des clients et le “Net Promoter Score” (NPS).

Produire une documentation claire et concise des exigences des solutions et proposer des recommandations viables.

Diriger des rencontres et présenter de l’information à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Préparer les partenaires d’affaires aux changements à venir pour assurer une transition harmonieuse.

Recommander des décisions d’affaires qui génèrent des résultats et répondent aux enjeux des clients.

Selon ton équipe, les tâches quotidiennes peuvent inclure : supervision de l’évaluation, traitement et rapprochement des transactions, gestion des risques, gestion des fournisseurs, conformité fiscale, prêt de titres, rapports financiers, intégration des clients, tenue de dossiers des actionnaires, gestion des données et création de tableaux de bord.

Compétences requises :

Être en voie d’obtenir un diplôme en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une diplomation prévue au printemps 2026 d’une université reconnue.

Capacité à penser de façon stratégique et à proposer des solutions centrées sur le client.

Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes — savoir raconter une histoire à partir des données et prendre des décisions éclairées.

Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Power (un atout) ou expérience avec des outils d’automatisation et de visualisation de données comparables.

Salary range is expected to be between

51,975.00 USD - $86,625.00 USD
