Shape the future of investing with our Investment Management Program, a key stream within our GRO early talent program. This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management. Through two 12-month rotations across areas like Real Estate Asset Management, Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST), Infrastructure Equity, Fixed Income Research, and Private Markets Product Development, you’ll gain broad exposure to the investment landscape while building a strong foundation for your career. As part of GRO, you’ll benefit from mentorship, leadership access, and a collaborative community that supports your growth and helps you discover your passion for the world of investments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure

  • Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge

  • Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm


Required Qualifications:

  • Expected to graduate in 2026 from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

  • Working knowledge of investment and financial markets

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques

  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly

  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis

Salary range is expected to be between

$60,375.00 USD - $100,625.00 USD
