Expect mentorship, project work and exposure to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. The program emphasizes in-person collaboration at a Bell office in Toronto, with three days per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing completed before the program start.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft concise updates and materials.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product, Retail Operations and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market planning, store readiness and product launches.
• Contribute to communications, training materials and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across rotations.
