Responsibilities

1. Prepare subcontractor and suppliers documents
2. Drafting of commercial/contractual correspondence
3. Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, variations and submit final accounts
4. Ensure risk registers, variation trackers and extension of time tracker sheets are reviewed and updated monthly and included within monthly reports
5. Take Off’s/ Compile BOQ from drawings
6. Assessing Drawings, BOQ & Work Requirements at Tender Stage
