Graduate / Entry Level 3D Concept Designer

Salary: Up to £37,500

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and a flair for visual storytelling? We’re looking for a Graduate or Junior 3D Concept Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative team, working on projects for some of the world’s leading brands.

Based in Essex, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your design career as part of a collaborative studio, where your ideas will help shape engaging and high-impact visuals.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce high-quality 3D concept renders and presentation materials
• Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and account teams
• Take creative direction while also showing confidence in working independently
• Contribute fresh ideas, attention to detail, and on-trend design thinking

Who We’re Looking For:

• A recent design graduate or someone with up to a few years of experience in 3D/retail design
• Proficient in 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Confident in freehand sketching and visual communication
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your own workload
