Western District Health Service offers exciting opportunities for newly graduated enrolled nurses to participate in the 2025 Mid-Year Graduate Nurse Program.

The aim of the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is to support clinical development, facilitate the transfer of knowledge into quality outcomes, and promote further skill development for independent practice.

This 12-month program provides a foundation for career advancement by developing clinical and leadership skills through rotations across the organization, supported by trained preceptors, Practice Development Nurses, and the Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, current resume with three clinical referees, three recent clinical placement reports, and a copy of their academic record.
