A leading medical device manufacturer seeks two Graduate Engineers (Mechanical and Electrical) for 24-month contract roles with significant opportunities for permanent positions. Job description

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, has instructed us to search for two Graduate Engineers to join their team (One Mechanical, one Electrical Engineer). This is a great opportunity for graduates to gain technical and manufacturing engineering experience. These roles are 24-month contract role with a strong chance of permanency thereafter.

Total Package: to €50k

Duties:

  • Assist a team in cell and line design.
  • Manage assembly work instructions.
  • Liaise with relevant operators, technicians, engineers in preparation of the edited draft for publication.
  • Engage in risk review meetings of process steps.
  • Assist with process audit checks.
  • Participate in the design for the manufacturing and process improvements.
  • Ensure both engineering and technical knowledge support to Manufacturing.
  • Take on and lead meeting with vendors and R&D.
  • Engage and assist in design reviews as well as creating process instructions for inhouse production.

Skills \ Education:

  • Relevant BA Degree in Mechanical, electrical/manufacturing engineering or physical sciences.
  • Suitable for a grad from class of 2020 or with 1-2 years’ experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Good ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Previous experience with CAD/3D Models is a plus.
  • Keen interest to learn new software systems.
