JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions, the Graduate Student Recruiter/Advisor contributes to the development and implementation of Niagara University Ontario's graduate recruitment strategies, with a focus on domestic recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting high-quality applicants, managing the complete recruitment cycle, and providing exceptional guidance to prospective students throughout their application journey. The position requires building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders including academic departments, recruitment agencies, and alumni. Critical to success in this role is the ability to plan and execute engaging information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one meetings with prospective students, while maintaining comprehensive data tracking to inform recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, and have a thorough understanding of the Ontario higher education landscape.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
ERGONOMIC REQUIREMENTS:
The functions of the position usually performed sitting but may require some amount of time standing. Some amount of stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting, walking, carrying and other movements may be required. Tasks involving working on a computer keyboard, calculator, cutting, labeling, and taping involve involves extensive wrist and hand movements. This position also requires the ability to travel whenever necessary. All individuals are required to be able to perform these movements without significant risk of injury to themselves or others.
