The Chinook School Division requires a full time (1.0 FTE) continuing Grade 4 teacher at Shaunavon Public School beginning August 26, 2025. Shaunavon Public School is a preK-7 school with 162 students and 12 teachers.

The Chinook School Division is proud to serve over 6,000 students in 60 schools, with over 1,000 collegial and student-centered teachers and support staff. We are a vibrant and progressive school division located within Saskatchewan's great Southwest.   • Ability to work effectively within an environment which includes developing meaningful and productive relationships with students, parents, PLC's, professionals and community service agencies;
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with youth in a student-centered learning environment in addition to having an interest or willingness to connect with students outside of the classroom;
  • Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation
  • Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
  • Knowledge of Balanced Literacy and Guided Math would be an asset;
  • Successful teaching experience or training;
  • Certified as a Teacher in good standing in Saskatchewan or the ability to be certified.
