Job description

We believe we've found a rare opportunity: an award-winning clinic (recent recognition) offering a unique practice environment. The clinic provides a potential take-home earning of approximately $650k (after overheads), with physicians seeing 35–40 patients per day alongside a physician or clinical assistant. It is highly supportive and operates smoothly.

Key Attributes:

• Billings of $650k to $750k for solo doctors ($500k after overheads)
• Billings of $900k to $1.1M for doctors working with a Family Physician/Clinical Assistant ($600k to $700k take-home with a PA). With 35–40 patients daily + PA, earning about $650k take-home.
• Billing services included
• 2 exam rooms
• Open to special interests, notably supporting senior homes in Manitoba
• Highly supportive environment, experienced in training new GPs who quickly become high billers
• High reputation and retention rate
• Option to work evenings and weekends
• MOA coverage is above average; the clinic has a call centre, and MOAs are dedicated to clinical support, not admin duties
• Experience with UK doctors
• Doctor can choose the percentage of Family Medicine and walk-in services
