GP Clinical Lead | £106,250 per annum Plus Benefits | Croydon

Dream Medical are working side by side with a surgery in Croydon looking for a Clinical Lead GP with substance abuse and mental health experience to undertake a permanent role for up to 10 sessions a week.

The GP Lead role includes:

1. Responsibility for overall clinical performance.
2. Line management of all clinicians within the practice.
3. Working in partnership with the practice manager.
4. Having an active role in local commissioning consortia and the new NHS.
5. Involvement with recruiting additional team members.
