Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst (AI Training) to help train and validate AI systems. You will review security policies, controls, and procedures, and ensure accuracy across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.

Role involves generating training data to improve AI reasoning in security and risk domains and identifying gaps in AI-generated GRC content. Remote hourly contract, 10–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
• Familiar with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS or similar.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in an asynchronous environment.

What You'll Do

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
• Familiarity with GRC platforms or tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, Vanta)
