We seek a positive, forward-thinking Risk and Governance Manager to join the Technology Strategic Initiatives and Risk team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication skills, and relevant expertise.
This role reports directly to the Head of Technology Strategic Initiatives and Risk and is pivotal within IT’s first line risk and control team, fostering a strong risk culture across the department.
The position supports the Tech Strategic Initiatives and Risk Lead in managing daily operations of the first line risk and control team, including leadership of 5-6 employees, 2-3 contractors, and oversight of consulting support. The team’s scope includes financial control assessments, reporting, MI, and risk generalists supporting broader objectives.
