CPABC Vancouver Chapter is seeking a Governance Coordinator to support the Board and its committees with meeting organization, minutes, and documentation. This role requires 3+ years in corporate governance, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage timelines and confidential information.
The position is permanent, full-time, and based in Vancouver, BC. The starting salary ranges from CAD 61,600 to CAD 77,000 per year, depending on qualifications and internal parity.

Reporting to the Director, Public Interest and Corporate Secretary, the Governance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative processes for the CPABC Board and its committees. This includes coordinating meetings, meeting preparation and follow-up, and administrative matters to ensure the Board and committees run smoothly. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team supporting the Board, Committees, and the Executive Office and will bring exceptional administrative skills, strong technology proficiency, sound judgment, and an understanding of effective board governance practices.
And other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
The starting annual salary for this position is between $61,600 and $77,000 per annum, based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, and internal parity. Exceptions may be considered with further review.
