Join us for the Google Territory Sales Manager - Montreal South, QC role at Mosaic North America .

Job Overview

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our innovative and growing team. The role involves driving product sellout within an assigned territory of 50+ carrier and retail stores. The TSM will build relationships with retail partners and field leadership to execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing sales and market share. Responsibilities include developing training programs for direct and indirect sales, coordinating training events, and influencing store associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Increase store sell-through and market share through comprehensive sales strategies, including training and influencing store personnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, conducting training sessions and strategic activities to promote brand advocacy.
  • Collect and analyze market data, providing insights and reports on market conditions, competition, and opportunities.
  • Train and influence retail sales associates on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a visible presence in designated retail stores.
  • Ensure proper product display and device functionality according to guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
