You’ll turn that allowance into:- steady monthly donors- high-energy campaign-based drives- a growing newsletter list- broader reach for advocacy & education workYou’ll own strategy and day-to-day execution while collaborating with our content and Wix web teams. This is a non-profit in the start-up and development stage, so an ability to work from scratch is essential. Meanwhile, this also means you've huge freedom, a full ad grant to access and room to grow.------ Core Responsibilities- Oversee and optimize our Google Ad Grant—keyword research, ad copy, bid tuning, compliance.- Coordinate with web devs to ensure paid-search landing pages in Wix are conversion-ready; recommend layout or copy tweaks.- Map and track funnels (donation, newsletter, advocacy) by setting GA4 goals, Tag Manager events, and UTM conventions; request tech help when custom code is needed.- Iterate relentlessly: A/B-test ads & pages, prune low-quality terms, and lift CTR, CPA, and ROAS.- Report monthly using Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) templates—translate metrics into clear, actionable insights for staff and board.- Advise the wider team on on-page SEO, Ad Grants policy changes, and future channel expansion (YouTube, Display, Performance Max).------ Ideal Skill Set (Intermediate Level)- 1–3 years hands-on Google Ads Search & Display experience- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for basic conversion tracking.- Comfort using Wix (or proven ability to learn it quickly) to place tags, adjust SEO settings, and tweak page content.- Solid grasp of PPC fundamentals, keyword strategy, and landing-page CRO; basic understanding of SEO.- Strong analytical chops in Google Data Studio and Excel/Sheets; can explain results to non-marketers.- No formal certification required—demonstrated results trump certificates.------ How to ApplyApply through Volunteer Connector or email volunteer@righttolive.ca with:- A brief note on why the mission excites you.- A link to your résumé or LinkedIn.Rolling review—goal to onboard by July 15, 2025.
