The Arts & Science Undergraduate Society is seeking a Take-Home Kits Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of meal kits for Queen’s students. This role involves collaboration with student leaders, oversight of volunteers, and a commitment of 5 hours per week, aiming to enhance student nutrition.
Honorarium Position
The Good Times Diner Take-Home Kits Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing take-home kits provided to Queen’s students for free on a biweekly basis. These kits will contain everything needed to make a nutritious and delicious meal at home. The kits are meant to support students be able to eat properly while at school. The coordinator will work closely with the Good Times Diner Co-Directors.
Applications will be available until July 1st 2025.
Time commitment of 5hrs/wk.
· Determine vision and objects of Good Times Diner Take-Home Kits in conjunction with the Services Commissioner and the Good Times Diner Co-Directors;
· Attend Wednesday weekly Good Times Diner services to distribute kits;
· Prepare and maintain a fiscally responsible yearly budget with the Services Commissioner and the Good Times Diner Co-Directors;
· Meet weekly with the Good Times Diner Co-Directors;
· Oversee the Good Times Diner service volunteers;
· Complete various administrative tasks such as surveys, kit planning, and tracking.
