Grow your career with a company that shares your passion! Our Healthcare Division has an exciting new opportunity to join the Sodexo team as our Daytime Lead Supervisor for our Good Earth Coffeehouse located in NW Calgary, AB.

We are seeking your great Leadership, Customer Service and beverage skills and have 1 Full Time position available.

This is a weekday dayshift, typically 7am - 3:30pm.

Hourly Salary: $20-22 hourly

Responsibilities

You will be the daily lead on floor Supervisor, ensuring our location operates efficiently and effectively. Ensuring the store looks great, the staff are deployed appropriately. Ensuring brand standards are adhered to. You should demonstrate effective communication and lead staff responsibly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous Barista experience is required, previous 1 year supervisory experience is required.
