Yellowknives Dene First Nation is seeking a Gone Goko Housing Administrator to oversee administration, rental management, financial reconciliations, accounts payable, reporting and compliance for housing in Dettah and Ndilo. The Gone Goko Housing Administrator, is responsible for the administration, rental management, financial reconciliations, accounts payable, reporting and ensuring compliance, administrative and customer service functions for the delivery and properties within the communities of Dettah and Ndilo under the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement between the Yellowknives Dene First
Nation Housing Division and the Gone Goko Housing Society.
Under the authority of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation Government Chief and Council, and reporting to the Housing Director, the GGH Administrator is accountable for the efficient and effective implementation of all Gone Goko policies, programs and projects of the YKDFN.
The Gone Goko Housing (GGH) Administrator also reports to the Gone Goko Housing Society and has a functional reporting relationship with the YKDFN Housing Division. The GGH Administrator is responsible for the provision of all YKDFN rental properties and staff housing programs and services within the communities. The GGH Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, and upkeep of all Gone Goko Housing Society properties within the community, budgeting, rent collections and administrative functions of the Society.
The GGH Administrator is also responsible for meeting the reasonable needs of tenants and ensuring that tenants comply with Gone Goko policies and procedures.
