If you're a self starter, can work under pressure and have a sense of urgency when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service, keep reading and see if this role is for you!

As our customers' first point of contact, the Outside Service Attendant will set the tone for the day by greeting members, guests, and visitors with a warm welcome and a smile. Constant contact with the Pro Shop and Operations staff is critical to deliver the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Obtain tee sheet from Pro Shop to ensure you know the names of arriving members and guests. Ensure to obtain a revised tee sheet every two hours or as required.
2. Greet guests upon arrival in a courteous and friendly manner.
3. Assist guests arriving and departing the bag drop area with clubs in or out of their vehicle.
4. Maintain constant contact with Pro Shop and operations staff, informing them of the arrival of all members and guests.
5. Keep podium and work area clean and neat at all times.
6. Set up and clean the driving range and pond/contest areas daily.
7. Clean, stock and store golf carts.
8. Provide guests with daily contest and event information, act as a Taboo Ambassador.
9. Assist with starting and marshalling when required.
10. Assist the F&B team when required.
11. Assist in the Proshop when required – including retail, answering phones, and making reservations.
12. Report any issues or concerns to your Supervisor or Golf Operations Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school level English communication skills.
2. Prior experience in resort and golf operations an asset.
3. Must excel in customer service.
4. Proven organizational skills and an attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Be neat and professional in appearance.
7. Approach responsibilities in an organized and energetic manner.
8. Excellent public relations skills.
9. High regard for Health and Safety for self and others.
10. Long periods of standing on your feet.
11. Must be willing to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends and holidays.
