Job summary

Bushwood Golf Club is seeking a skilled Golf Course Mechanic with at least five years of experience maintaining turf equipment. You will service and repair Toro, Kubota, John Deere turf gear, EZGO gas carts, and related small engine equipment.

Responsibilities include sharpening reels and bedknives, maintaining accurate maintenance logs, and keeping the shop clean and safe in accordance with health and safety rules. Workweek is weekdays 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with seasonal early starts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with golf turf equipment.
• Experience servicing and repairing major turf brands.
• Ability to maintain accurate service logs and records.
• Uphold health and safety standards in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to turf equipment.
• Sharpen reels and bed knives.
• Replace and repair reels on turf equipment.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.

Job description

Golf Club Mechanic Required:

• Join our team!
• Golf Course Mechanic with a minimum of five years of prior experience with golf turf equipment
• Able to perform regular maintenance and repairs to Toro Turf Equipment, Kubota Tractors, John Deere turf equipment, EZGO Gas Golf Carts, utility vehicles, small engine equipment, Stihl Line trimmers, chainsaws, and other small engine equipment
• Experience with sharpening reels and bedknives
• Experience with replacing and repairing reels on turf equipment
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Keep the shop clean and organized and align with Health and Safety Requirements
• Schedule: Weekdays 6:30 am to 2:30 pm (earlier start times May to August)
