Job summary

The Glencoe Golf & Country Club in Calgary, AB is seeking energetic Outdoor Services Attendants for the 2026 season. You will be the first friendly contact for members and guests, greet them with a smile, and have clubs and carts ready for a round of golf.

Responsibilities include delivering service excellence, maintaining clubs, preparing carts and power caddies, providing clean carts, and communicating across departments.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude with a proven track record of excellent service.
• Professional and clear communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in team and independent settings.
• Must be comfortable standing or walking during the length of shift and be able to repetitively lift supplies weighing up to 35lbs.
• Golf knowledge is considered an asset.
• First Aid & CPR Certification is considered an asset.
• Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location.

Responsibilities

• Delivering service excellence to members and guests by going above and beyond when greeting them as they arrive, building relationships and ensuring they are equipped with everything they need to enjoy a round of golf
• Completing maintenance, up keeping and storage management of golf clubs, prepare carts and electronic power caddies to the preference of members and guests
• Providing serviced and spotless power carts to players while ensuring rotation and implementation of power cart rental policies
• Promptly addressing any member questions and concerns and if necessary, escalate to a supervisor to ensure their query is addressed
• Maintain good and open communication across all departments at the Golf course
