Position Summary: Greet, register and collect fees for golf patrons. Keep accurate records and do nightly financial reports. Provide a clean environment within the clubhouse and food service area.

Essential Job Functions

• Welcome golfers to the course with a friendly and helpful attitude. Respond to phone requests.
• Accurately register and collect fees from golf patrons. Process new and present country club memberships. Assist with tournament registrations.
• Provide a clean environment throughout the clubhouse and restrooms.
• Prepare and maintain the food and beverage area following serving and sanitation guidelines.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. – this position is not a remote or telecommute position.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines.
• Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off request.
  
  

Non-Essential Job Functions

• Approach golfers about rule or policy violations, as necessary.
• Maintain golf cart inventory and parking.
• Flexible availability to meet 7-day business operation
  
  

Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Working knowledge of the rules and procedures of golf.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid math and manual calculation skills.
• Former cash register experience, preferred.
  
  

Computer Skills: Basic end user of keyboard and mouse, preferred.

Certificates & Licenses: Missouri Alcohol Server Certificate obtained prior to hire – must be minimum age 18. Food Handler’s Permit obtained prior to hire.

Other Requirements: Complete Pre-Employment Skills Test: Office Math Skills
