- Court Technology Services Applications, Data and AI
Scope :
- Court Technology Services within the Alberta Courts is seeking a Project Manager to work on the design, implementation plan, and program development plan for various projects within the technology delivery space of the Alberta Courts. The primary focus will be on Application Support and delivering on commitments in the Application Support, Data, and AI space.
- The resource will be assigned to various projects including Justice Digital – the digital transformation of the Courts, and CTS Transformation – restructuring and building the IT delivery organization, including processes, procedures, and capabilities. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing all aspects of project and program engagement, including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues, in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, preparing briefing notes, meeting minutes, presentations, and supporting industry engagement surveys.
- Managing tasks, action items, and stakeholder requests, maintaining trackers, and providing communication and documentation for decision-making.
- Providing direction to cross-functional teams, tracking scope and timelines, analyzing, and reporting on progress.
Duties :
- Coordinate and implement various Courts-related technology projects, overseeing all aspects, building effective relationships, and preparing status reports for management.
- Require a deep understanding of application support, Data, and AI delivery.
- Develop project charters, business and project plans, and manage project documentation and communication.
- Manage multiple tasks, resources, governance, and stakeholder consultations.
- Ensure effective communication with project vendors, manage client satisfaction, and develop project plans with clear objectives, scope, timeline, and risks.
- Define project organization structures, document and report status, develop schedules, estimate resources, and monitor work plans.
- Guide project resources, assess project outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership for change management and communication, establish positive relationships, and develop high-level briefings as needed.
- Work within or help define project management standards and protocols related to application support, data delivery, and AI, including architecture and procedures.
Note :
- The resource will work in a hybrid manner, with availability for onsite meetings when required. Work from office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
