Project Name : Court Technology Services Applications, Data and AI
Scope
- Court Technology Services within the Alberta Courts is seeking a Project Manager to work on design, implementation, and program development for various projects in the technology delivery space, focusing on Application Support, Data, and AI.
- The resource will be assigned to projects including Justice Digital (digital transformation of Courts) and CTS Transformation (restructure and build of the IT delivery organization). Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing project and program engagement aspects such as planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change management, risks, and issues, in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinating stakeholder meetings, preparing briefing notes, meeting minutes, presentations, and supporting industry engagement surveys.
- Managing tasks, action items, communication, documentation, and reporting project status to stakeholders.
Duties
- Coordinate and implement Court-related technology projects, build effective relationships, and prepare management reports.
- Deep understanding of application support, Data, and AI delivery is required.
- Manage project charters, business and project plans, and ensure deliverables meet objectives and data integrity.
- Document business requirements, design IT solutions, and produce presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Oversee project resources, governance, and communication, and manage risks and issues.
- Develop project schedules, estimate resources, and monitor progress, providing leadership and support for change management and communication.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with broader Court directions.
Note
- The resource will work in a hybrid manner, available for onsite meetings as needed. Work from office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
