About The Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers our top-of-funnel sales engine. This role blends engineering, automation, and growth ops to supercharge lead generation using AI, data workflows, and custom research pipelines .

You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop repeatable systems for identifying high-quality leads, surfacing buying signals, and arming our outbound team with actionable insights. This is a builder role for someone excited about creating scalable growth systems from scratch.

Requirements

AI-Powered Prospecting Systems

  • Design and maintain automated workflows for prospecting using tools like Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.
  • Develop lead-gen automations across sources (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, job boards, company websites, etc.)
  • Build scraping / parsing tools to extract unstructured data from public sources into structured leads

Sales Research Infrastructure

  • Create enrichment pipelines that provide real-time company and contact intelligence to sales teams
  • Integrate third-party APIs and AI agents to enrich CRM with key buying signals, org charts, or firmographics
  • Deploy and iterate on scoring logic based on ICP fit, intent signals, and tech stack

CRM, Tooling, and Data Ops

  • Own lead data quality and ensure seamless integration between tools (CRM, outbound, enrichment, attribution)
  • Maintain syncs and automations between systems like HubSpot / Salesforce, Clay, Google Sheets, Zapier / Make
  • Build internal dashboards or tools for Sales to self-serve insights (territory analysis, TAM mapping, account deep dives)

Experimentation and Growth Engineering

  • Collaborate with Growth and Sales to test outbound campaigns and optimize funnel conversion
  • Stand up pilot automations quickly to test new lead sources, audiences, or triggers
  • Systematically improve processes based on lead response rates, rep feedback, and conversion metrics

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in a technical GTM, growth engineering, or RevOps / data automation role
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Clay, etc.) and outbound tools (Apollo, SalesLoft)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot) and data modeling for GTM use cases
  • Comfort with prompt engineering and leveraging LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in workflows
  • Bonus : Experience building internal tools for Sales or Marketing
