We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Go-To-Market Campaign Manager to oversee planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns across our automotive marketplace. The role involves managing campaign setup, data validation, sales support, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution and Operations
  2. - Manage campaign setup, launch, and delivery in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams.
  3. - Validate and structure campaign data inputs to ensure accuracy.
  4. - Monitor campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize mid-flight.
  5. - Maintain documentation and schedules for transparency and alignment.

2. Sales Support & Offer Enablement

  1. - Serve as the first contact for Sales on campaign inquiries.
  2. - Support offer briefings, eligibility checks, and contract processes.
  3. - Troubleshoot data or process issues affecting sales activation.

3. Campaign Reporting & Analytics

  1. - Track KPIs such as participation, conversion, deal value, and redemptions.
  2. - Collaborate on performance reporting and analysis.
  3. - Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years experience in campaign management, sales, or marketing operations.
  • Proficiency in data validation, analytics, and reporting tools (Excel, PPT, SQL).
  • Experience with Salesforce for campaign and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and commercial teams.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Preferred

  • Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
