Job summary

Xona, a navigation intelligence company, seeks a UE Verification Engineer in Montreal, on-site. You will verify and validate Pulsar GNSS receivers, develop test protocols, and drive certification efforts across cross-functional teams.

You will design test plans for positioning, timing, interference, and environmental robustness, automate workflows, and analyze results to improve product quality. Strong python automation and clear documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Geomatics, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for GNSS hardware verification and certification.
• Create test cases to evaluate receiver performance across conditions.
• Automate workflows to make tests repeatable.
• Design tests for positioning, timing, interference, resilience, and env impacts.
• Analyze data and generate verification reports with performance metrics.
• Support field testing and validation as needed.
• Standardize data capture, storage, traceability, reporting.
• Improve test workflows for coverage and QA/QC.
• Stay updated on GNSS tech and industry trends.
