Job summary

Vetio Animal Health is seeking a Talent, People & Culture Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment in a regulated manufacturing setting and strengthen the employee experience, culture, and compliance across shifts.

In this hybrid role based in Jupiter, FL, you will partner with HR and plant leadership to define job descriptions, implement onboarding programs, and support performance and development initiatives while ensuring GMP/FDA alignment and talent growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment experience, ideally regulated manufacturing environments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Understanding of GMP/FDA environments and pharma regulatory culture.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for manufacturing operations and manage candidate communications.
• Update job descriptions, skill requirements, and staffing priorities with HR and managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and references.
• Support onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and HR analytics reporting.
• Assist in development programs and HRIS integrations to enhance talent experience.
