Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Toronto, Inc. is seeking a QA Associate to support regulatory and QA activities. The role involves reviewing GMP documents, coordinating product releases, and assisting with CAPA investigations in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Relocation to Mississauga is expected in 2026, and travel within Canada is required. A Chemistry/Microbiology background with a pharma focus is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and bilingual communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a GMP environment.
• Experience with Pharmaceuticals, Natural Health Products, and Medical Devices is an asset.
• Willingness to travel within Canada for business trips.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review GMP documents (master production documents, etc.).
• Coordinate release of product to ensure quality and GMP compliance.
• Implement Canadian confirmatory testing for imported products.
• Assist with deviations, CAPA investigations and change controls.
• Attend audits on behalf of clients and ensure client requirements are met.
