Job summary
Ingram Micro Canada is seeking a Manager, Business Platform Operations to lead the global Zendesk strategy and platform operations. You will partner with leaders to optimize processes, drive automation, governance, and continuous improvement while expanding AI-enabled capabilities across regions and business units.
You will manage a globally distributed team, establish KPIs, and ensure platform stability, security, and scalable adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 8–10+ years leading enterprise systems or service/platform operations.
- 5+ years of global team leadership experience.
- Experience implementing enterprise tech across multiple regions.
- Strong analytics, stakeholder management and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Zendesk and related business systems roadmap.
- Lead global platform operations, governance, and support.
- Drive AI-powered capabilities, automation, and self-service initiatives.
- Manage budgets, vendor relations, and renewals; QBRs with leadership.
- Develop scalable onboarding and enablement programs; drive adoption.
