Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a VP, Accounting & Controllership to lead global accounting, consolidation, and governance. You will drive a multi-year transformation of the controllership function, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic financial insight to the CFO and executive team.

The role requires deep ERP, finance automation, and analytics experience across multinational operations, with a focus on accelerating close cycles and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global accounting and controllership functions.
• Experience with ERP platforms and finance automation.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, controllership, and governance.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial reporting across all legal entities and business units.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to transform Husky's global controllership function.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across accounting operations.
