Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a seasoned Global Trade Compliance Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will manage enterprise-wide supply chain compliance projects, optimize processes, and ensure integration of trade compliance into Husky’s systems.

You will collaborate with Engineering, IT, Finance, and Sales to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in global trade compliance.
• Deep understanding of U.S., EU, and Canadian export control and sanctions laws.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale trade compliance or ERP integration projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to translate regulations into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of global trade compliance initiatives, including ERP integration.
• Oversee classification, licensing, documentation, and export control measures globally.
• Assess regulatory risk, implement improvements, and drive continuous compliance enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training on export controls, sanctions, and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to embed compliance in processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, international business, law, supply chain

PMP or other project management certification
