Talent Acquisition Partner/Business Partner (remote) (Tri-lingual language skills English, Spanish and French)

We are expanding our team due to strong business performance across the USA and Europe!

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of business-critical roles, collaborating with and advising hiring managers to identify and acquire top talent for LHH in the USA and Europe. The Talent Acquisition Team is a global function within LHH, often working on roles outside of their assigned region to support business needs.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports directly to the SVP, Global Talent Acquisition

  • None

Location:

Spain or France is ideal; other European locations where LHH has a presence will also be considered.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Manage 15-30 exempt level roles across multiple functions and business units independently.
  2. Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including target lists, job descriptions, candidate assessments, sourcing, research, proactive outreach, interview coaching, offer negotiations, and reference checks.
  3. Build strong internal and external relationships to create a candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  4. Act as a talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers.
  5. Communicate proactively and consistently with hiring managers, HR partners, candidates, and external contacts to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Prioritize tasks and set appropriate expectations with stakeholders.
  7. Utilize passive and active sourcing techniques, seeking innovative methods to attract candidates and build talent pipelines.
  8. Represent and promote LHH to external candidates by effectively communicating our business, culture, and values.
  9. Collaborate with peers to share market intelligence and best recruiting practices.
  10. Ensure compliance with all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
  11. Participate in special projects beyond regional scope as needed.

Required Experience and Characteristics:

  • Over five years of experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals; agency recruiting experience is a plus.
  • HR Business Partner experience is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting across Europe and USA.
  • Tri-lingual skills: French, Spanish, English.
  • Strong consultative skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Openness to new methods and roles outside the assigned region.
  • Expertise in social networking and candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems in high-volume environments.
  • Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level talent and advising hiring managers.
  • Strong influencing, decision-making, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations, provide innovative solutions, and share best practices.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience recruiting business development and sales professionals is a plus.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
