Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to handle a variety of recruiting initiatives and act as a client-facing recruiter for assigned roles based in NA. The Talent Acquisition Professional will drive key hiring for Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).

They will consult with managers on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations and presenting/negotiating offers.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional level recruiting experience
Technology industry recruiting is preferred

Responsibilities

Recruit for skill sets around Cloud Service Providers engineering.
Lead and manage NA TA projects and business-directed initiatives.
Proactively source candidates using internet resources, social media, referrals, headhunting.
Create and negotiate offers with candidates that may include complex compensation, relocation or visa sponsorship issues.
Consult with HR Business Partners on the North America hiring process.
Work cross-functionally with hiring managers across multiple countries/regions.
Participate on after hours conference calls to accommodate candidates, managers or TA peers in other countries as needed.
Interface with HR Partners and business leaders on workforce planning and headcount tracking, globally.
