We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Analyst to support our Digital Transformation team . This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of digital technologies and processes to enhance our end-to-end Global Supply Chain (GSG) for the PC & Smart Device Business Group (PCG) and Manufacturing Operations (MFG) .

Key Responsibilities

• As the interface person of the PCG E2E DT team in N orth America (NA) , maintain close contact and communication with the NA GSC business and management te a m .
• Lead and participate in NA GSC supply chain-related projects: NA Migration and PPS.
• Support Global Supply Chain business process redevelopment and solution design .
• Implement and support supply chain system solutions related to NA data privacy .
• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance and other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent th e GSC team.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver technical solutions for GSC processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives .
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication with finance teams to drive continuous process improvement.
• Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain , Operations, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services .
• 3 + years of experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non- supply chain stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
• Experience in designing business solutions and evaluating technical feasibility in collaboration with IT teams.
• Solid understanding of financial digital transformation practices, key technologies, and solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $1 05 - 135 k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission . This position is hybrid 3days/ wk at our Morrisville, NC location.
