Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supply planning experience in a physical-product supply chain with overseas manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience executing supply chain transactions in an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or comparable).
• Depth in supply planning — component lead times, MOQs, factory capacity and inventory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with ODM partners and coordinate with vendors to align delivery schedules.
• Build monthly purchase quantity and factory build plan from demand forecast and inventory data.
• Manage purchase orders, track statuses, and handle reverse logistics.
• Implement procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and quality improvements across the supply chain.
• Lead onboarding of new vendors and evaluate vendor performance for on-time and in-full delivery.
