GSK in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Global Clinical Study Manager (GSM) within GCSD to deliver end-to-end study operations from CSI to archiving. You will develop robust delivery plans, align with the Global Study Lead, and lead a matrix team to achieve on-time, high-quality study delivery while managing budget and vendor partnerships.
This hybrid role requires 5+ years in clinical research, strong leadership, and proficiency with ICH/GCP.

This position within GCSD is accountable for delivering the clinical operations activities of the study / studies from CSI (Commit to Study Initiation) until study archiving. This involves generating robust and accelerated delivery plans (with a focus on upper quartile performance) and delivering these to target or stretch thresholds and with quality. The GSM role works in consultation with the Global Study Lead (GSL) for end‑to‑end delivery of the clinical study.
Work model: This role is hybrid; two to three days in our Mississauga office is expected. Travel within Canada and internationally will be required.
