Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Global Strategy to support the CSO and Director of Global Strategy in shaping CAE's long-term direction. You will help advance the OKR program, perform market research, and contribute to critical projects across divisions with an emphasis on data-driven insights.

The role involves presenting analyses to executive leadership, coordinating with Investor Relations and other CSO teams, and supporting risk assessments in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to explain complex frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead aspects of CAE's strategic planning process including market and competitive research and analysis of key business performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-company partners to design aligned strategic plans and OKRs; prepare executive materials for the CSO, Board and senior leaders.
• Assist in risk monitoring, workshops, and briefings; conduct deep-dive analyses of opportunities and risks for the enterprise.
