Job summary

Johnson Electric is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand the global customer base in the robotics and motion & drive solutions space. You will influence product roadmaps, lead commercial strategy, and work closely with Engineering and Project teams to deliver awarded programs while achieving profitable growth.

The role requires strong cross-cultural collaboration, global pricing discipline, and experience managing complex customer relationships across international markets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading commercial strategy and pricing for robotics/motion solutions is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive commercial business strategies for global market segments.
• Lead pricing, incentives, service and contract negotiations to secure profitable business.
• Manage P&L performance of assigned global customer accounts.
