Job description

What will be your daily pursuit?

Your daily pursuit is being a welcoming first point of contact for guest queries & reservations, providing a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience.

What will your compensation be?

The starting salary for this role is $18.20 per hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This is a regular, full-time position beginning in May 2025.

What will you do in this job?
  • Making, maintaining, and changing reservations for all Banff Jasper Collection owned Hotels, Attractions, FlyOver Canada, Brewster Express, and Brewster Sightseeing.
  • Handling phone call, email, and chat inquiries.
  • Qualifying and upselling potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate reservations and information in the reservation system.
  • Assist guests with questions all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Building and maintaining rapport and business relationships with our travel trade partners.
  • Working closely with Sales Managers on key accounts.
  • Working closely with Operations Supervisors and key team members.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a call centre environment is preferred.
  • Communicate fluently in English; secondary language skills may be an asset.
  • Mature and possess a proven ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Courteous telephone manners.
  • Proficient with computers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment with a proven ability to upsell guests.
  • Prior knowledge of Maestro is an asset.
