Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the corporate entity database, ownership attestations, and the legal document system, plus entities formations, tax forms, bank onboarding, and filings under U.S. securities laws; draft operating agreements and governance docs.

Qualifications

• Law Clerk Diploma required.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage the corporate entity database and bi-annual ownership attestations.
• Maintain the legal document system and organize all legal documents.
• Assist with U.S. and other jurisdictional entity formations and qualifications; dissolve entities if required.
• Prepare tax forms (W-8s/W-9s) and assist with bank account openings.
• Assist with filings under U.S. securities laws and governance matters.
• Draft initial operating agreements, resolutions and internal loan documents.
• Respond to internal/external requests for information (KYC, etc.).
• Maintain structure charts and D&O registers; support annual processes.
