What you’ll do

The TJX Global Sourcing and Procurement (GS&P) organization is a trusted partner to our business functions. You will support the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans for large concurrent projects within GS&P, including setting milestones, identifying resources, establishing interdependencies, and cross-project timelines to ensure objectives are met on time.

  • Partner, collaborate, and consult with GS&P leaders and management to develop and execute project plans.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to support project needs.
  • Leverage industry best practices to develop, deliver, and maintain project management standards, tools, and training.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to prioritize product backlogs.
  • Identify and manage risks, scope trade-offs, and timeline impacts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to build project management capabilities.
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks, escalate issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate strategic meetings and activity tracking.
  • Support project communication and progress reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding engagement and timelines.
  • Work with other functions (e.g., Finance, IT) to keep projects on track.
  • Gather information to create reports (KPIs, summaries) for project monitoring.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain project repositories.
  • Work with development teams to ensure quality delivery.
What you’ll need

Minimum Qualifications
