Job summary
Canada Goose seeks a Manager, Product Integrity & Compliance to lead global regulatory, chemical, product-safety and standards requirements across the product lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives, manage risk-based reviews, and escalate material risks to ensure market-ready products.
The role requires 8+ years in product compliance with leadership experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with REACH, Proposition 65, CPSIA,
Qualifications
- Experience with global product safety, chemical, labelling and environmental requirements.
- Testing, risk assessment, root-cause analysis and CAPA familiarity.
- Supplier compliance, traceability and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead global product compliance across raw materials, components, products and packaging.
- Monitor regulatory changes and translate requirements into controls.
- Maintain compliance standards and support regulatory inquiries and remediations.
- Embed risk-based reviews and approval gates throughout product creation processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, standards and supplier manuals; deliver training.
- Lead chemical management and MRSL governance; oversee screening and testing.
