  • ADP Payroll Systems: Act as the subject matter expert for ADP platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), ensuring systems are optimized, maintained, and used effectively across regions.
  • Equity Compensation Integration: Oversee accurate payroll treatment and taxation of equity awards (RSUs and PSUs); work closely with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors and internal partners to ensure effective, compliant payroll delivery in each region.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure global payroll processes meet all regulatory, tax, and audit requirements. Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and updates in all jurisdictions.
  • Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare and review payroll reports, journal entries, and reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to streamline payroll workflows and improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a key escalation point for global payroll inquiries and ensure prompt and professional resolution of payroll issues.

  • Demonstrated experience with RSUs and PSUs, including tax and reporting aspects.
  • Experience leading or managing geographically dispersed payroll teams.
  • Strong understanding of international payroll compliance, tax law, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
