Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in Toronto, Ontario seeks a Senior Procurement & Project Manager to drive supplier execution for complex industrial packages.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contracts, monitor schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining strong supplier relationships across multiple nations. This role requires regular travel and fluent English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Management or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Solid experience in Procurement, Project Management, Contract Management, Quality, or Engineering within industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems & heat exchangers (Nuclear Conventional Island).
• Experience in quality standards, planning & scheduling, and basic commercial/contractual topics.
• Fluent English required, French is a plus.
• Nuclear project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for supplier communications during PO execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with project stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Quality).
• Define priorities and strategies for packages.
• Monitor package status and progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams.
• Arbitrate between stakeholders and make decisions when necessary.
• Lead supplier meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).
• Monitor supplier schedules and integrate project milestones.
• Identify risks and delays and implement mitigation plans.
• Support in claims and change orders.
