Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Specialist - Systems and Network Administration in St. John's NL or Philadelphia, PA. You design, implement, and maintain an enterprise network that enables secure, scalable global connectivity, collaborating with teams across regions.

You will configure Cisco/Catalyst/WLCs, Aruba Wi‑Fi, ISE, SD-WAN, and provide L2/3 support. The role includes secure guest access, policy posture, and documentation while enabling a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Multiple years of experience in network architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale global networks and multivendor environments.
• Proven experience operating and supporting enterprise Wi-Fi services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise wireless networking solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst 9800 WLCs, access points, Wi-Fi 6/6E environments, Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco SD-WAN and Aruba Central WIFI.
• Administer secure guest access, traffic anchoring, 802.1X authentication, device profiling, and posture policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco switches, routers, and LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure while providing Level 2/3 support.
• Engineer, document, and recommend network solutions that improve scalability, performance, and reliability across global operations.
