The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in tax planning and a Bachelor's degree, along with CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• No less than 5 years of experience in tax planning for employee cross-border movement.
• Proven success in managing client expectations and project workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign tax returns for globally mobile employees.
• Provide strategic recommendations on tax planning.
